Acupuncture is the practice of inserting very thin sterile needles through the skin into acupuncture points.  The acupuncture points are on energy meridians (pathways) that run up and down and around the body.   When the acupuncture points are activated, they create an enery flow through the body that relieves pain, boosts energy, strengthens the immune system and relieves stress.  

 Sound Healing Therapy synchronizes brain waves to achieve profound states of relaxation, helping to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of the cells in our bodies. Sound therapy sessions use Ohm frequency tuning forks, Tingsha chimes and Crystal or Tibetan song bowls.  

Tuning Forks are placed on specific parts of the body to send vibrations that release tension and open blocked energy channels. This form of sound healing is good for emotional balance and pain relief.

Song Bowls elicit a light dream state, and can be placed on the body to stimulate circulation to allow muscle relaxation and improve lymphatic flow.  This particular type of sound healing has been found to reduce stress, anger, depression, and fatigue.

Chakra Balancing is a form of energy healing that restores alignment of the 7 main energy centers in your body.  You will experience a calming, centering and balancing session designed to soothe emotions and clear the mind.  Chakra Balancing can be done in any combination with acupuncture needles, essential oils, tuning forks and song bowls.   

Ancestral Healing is both very new and extremely ancient.  This process helps clear the genetic blueprints of trauma carried from generation to generation.  Healing one person within the generational line by changing your vibrational pattern creates healing for our ancestors and our children.  During this session essential oils are placed on specific acupuncture points to support healing your Ancestral and Transgenerational Trauma.  

Ionic Foot Baths are used to treat any condition that creates inflammation in the body.  During your session, you will soak your feet in a tub of warm salt water that has an Ion Array placed between your feet.  The combination of water, salt and Ion Array will create a negative/positive ion exchange that helps to remove toxins and to alkalize your body.  The effects of this treatment will continue for up to 48 hours after your session.

Ear Candling is an ancient practice dating back several hundred years.  It was originally considered to be a spiritual practice that was done to cleanse and clear the aura and align the 7 energy centers of the body, also known as Chakras.  During your session, the tip of the cone is placed into the opening of the ear and the opposite end is burned.   A gentle vacuum is formed and draws ear wax and other debris into the ear candle.   Ear Candling can decrease ear pain, wax build up and fluid in the ear canals.  The effects of this treatment will continue up to 72 hours after your session.
